Every evening, someone from our team takes time to go to the Penny store, collect the products, and distribute them to the beneficiaries.

The partnership with the Cluj Food Bank began in 2023
Out of the desire to rescue food from being wasted and to bring it where it is needed most, this partnership with the Cluj Food Bank was born.
Communities of Roma people, refugees from Ukraine, and families in need have all benefited from this partnership through the Penny store.

LOCAL SOCIAL IMPACT
The food received through the Food Bank often represents the only source of food for certain families we support.
There are moments when we receive phone calls or messages from children in these families asking: “Tabita, do you know if we will have food today? We have nothing left and no money to buy anything.” Such situations are heartbreaking, but through this partnership we are able to provide meals for families in need.
We are deeply grateful for every person who contributes to this ministry because, through these acts of kindness, many people are cared for during difficult moments and are protected from going hungry.
