"The generous will themselves be blessed,
for they share their food with the poor." Proverbs 22: 9

Because of my past, I can understand what it means to have nothing to eat, walk on the street, and enjoy yourself having found green plums to eat as you don’t have food. I remember having a day when I was glad I found moldy bread with lard and I ate (I do not like lard!).

Now, when I get involved in an elderly home, I heard a conversation between two people. They talked about starting to give hot meals to needy families. Something urges me in my heart that it is good to get involved in it, because so much good God has made to me and He blessed me that I said I want to be a blessing for others. And I have an extraordinary team beside me that gets involved.
I go on a weekly visit to the asylum and try to offer love to elderly people. And we also cook food for the needy people and serve them a warm meal. Florina S.
