New season for Republic of Moldova team

"As YWAM Cahul team we took a break for a re-direction of the ministry and we hope to increase our team during this time.

From January 2017, Virginia took a Sabbath year because she got exhausted. During the Sabbath, God spoke her to continue missions in a more stable place where she could get better. And she committed to YWAM Medias. When Virginia went on the Sabbath, I took over the leadership. But last summer I began do not feel well (physically). After a few medical tests and an evaluation time with my mentors, I realized I needed a break. We were even more challenged because our team had become smaller in the meantime (we were 3 girls).

”King's Kids is my second family”

King's Kids Nemsa village

It's a great joy to see how the youth in King's Kids from Nemsa growing up. They are more and more open and have many questions about God and about Christian life. They begin to have a deeper relationship with the Lord and they, firstly, experience God's response to prayer.

From the larger group, a smaller one of 7 people meets almost every Saturday for a time of worship and study. At a youth meeting, I was personally encouraged, after the message all came courageously forward and accepted the offer of personal prayer. We now want to bring the aspect of evangelism and let others know what we have learned.

So I asked some of them what King's Kids means to them:

News from our mission center

CEAI Project (“Who is This Jesus”)

The desire to invest in the young generation in Medias did not go away. So we are still running the meetings with youth, called CEAI (“Who Is This Jesus”).

We chose a different format of meetings because we want to be a support for the youth, not just providing a place to meet.

From the beginning of this autumn we moved to another room (we rented a room at the Christian “Emanuel” Center). We open the Hall every Tuesday at 2 o'clock and everyone is welcome for a tea, a discussion, or just to sit and read a book. From 5 o'clock we have an hour and a half meeting where we read the Bible together, pray for one another and praise God together.

We close our time with a meal, because the deepest relationships are created around a meal.

When did you ever evangelize 1 million people?

News from Dana and Viliami

In the last letter, we were telling you that, physically, we got on a mission on four continents. Even though we are on the long term in India now and the number of countries we have been able to travel is limited, God helped us reach many places in the world through the gifts He has put in us.

Both, Viliami and I like media, the IT world, and we actively use many types of materials, webpages, and social networks to bring people to the Gospel and to the Christian values. Today I want to share with you just what the Lord did through a video we posted on Youtube.

The God’s Story & ProAdventure

For many years God has called us to reach the young generation of Medias with Gospel. We’ve had various ways through which we have challenged young people to seek God. But from time to time we have felt how He led us to change our ways of sharing the Gospel.

For 2 years God is speaking to us about new ways to reach the generation of young people in Medias. Namely, creating frames where we can have fellowship with young people and they can share about their lives ( to be listened, encouraged and to have answers to their questions).

That's how we decided to have an event called "The God Story" at the beginning of May. It was a good way to proclaim the Gospel to the youth downtown.

A new School of Bible Interpretation (SBI) will be held early next year

sbi2016We believe that the Bible is our Father's love letter for His children. Because it is a letter to us, we want to read it and understand what the Father wants us to communicate through it.

But yet we all have passages, books in the Bible which we don’t understand them at all and what does God want us to communicate through them. This happens most of the time because we do not dedicate enough time to study the Scriptures and we do not have the necessary tools for understanding them.

God answers to the prayers made at the height

News from Rebeca

In April, it's been one year since I moved to Nepal. Though the purpose of this year was to learn Nepalese language and culture, this year was for me a „teaching year” on many plans in my life. I learned how to write and read in Nepalese but also to love Jesus, as I have not loved Him so far.

I have learned that the easiest thing to do is to quit when it becomes hard. But giving up is not an option in finishing the fight and receiving the crown.
